About the Role
KM Construction & Property Care is looking for a hands-on project manager who can run jobs from start to finish and put on a tool belt when the crew needs it. You'll be the main contact for customers, subs, and suppliers, and you'll keep each job on schedule and on budget. This is a working role, not a desk job.
Plan and schedule jobs, crews, and subcontractors
Order materials and track deliveries
Walk job sites daily to check quality, safety, and progress
Keep customers updated and handle change orders
Track job costs and hours against the estimate
Schedule and meet inspectors
Work alongside the crew on framing, finish, or general construction as needed
Requirements
3+ years in construction, with at least 2 years leading jobs or crews
Solid working knowledge of multiple trades (framing, plumbing, electrical, concrete, finish)
Able to read plans and build a realistic schedule
Organized, with clear written and verbal communication
Comfortable with a phone, email, and basic computer work
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Able to do physical work when the job calls for it
Honest, dependable, and good with customers
