About the Role
KM Construction & Property Care is looking for a plumber to handle rough-in, finish, and service work on new construction, remodels, and property maintenance jobs. You'll work alongside our construction and electrical crews, often running the plumbing side of a job on your own. We're a small crew, so you'll get variety, steady work, and a direct line to the owner.
Install and repair water supply, drain, waste, vent, and gas lines
Rough-in and finish plumbing for new builds and remodels
Set fixtures, water heaters, and appliances
Troubleshoot and fix service calls at customer properties
Read plans and lay out work to code
Keep the job site, truck, and materials organized
Requirements
1+ years of residential or light commercial plumbing experience
Journeyman license, or the experience to meet local licensing requirements
Working knowledge of plumbing code and inspections
Able to work independently and solve problems without supervision
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Own basic hand tools
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawl spaces, trenches, and tight areas
Professional and respectful with customers
