About the Role
Perform framing, structural builds, and custom installations. Handle electrical rough-in/finish work, wiring, panel upgrades, lighting, and code compliant installations for residential and commercial jobs. Execute remodeling tasks including additions, drywall patching/repairs, minor plumbing fixes, and interior/exterior updates.
Requirements
1+ year of verifiable hands on experience in residential and/or commercial construction, remodeling, or property maintenance. ( We value multi-trade backgrounds)
Proven skills in at least two of the following areas:
Framing (Including vaulted ceilings and open great rooms), electrical installations/repairs, remodeling/additions, or property care (handyman, leaking pipes, drywall patching, minor repairs, etc.)
Valid Driver's License and transportation
Ability to read basic plans/blueprints, use power tools safely and efficiently, and work in small teams or independently.
Reliable, detail oriented, and problem solving mindset. We need people who show up on time, communicate clearly with clients/homeowners, and take pride in clean, quality work.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant certifications/licenses (Journeyman electrician or trade specific training)
Experience with custom projects
Clean driving record and tools/vehicle for occasional use
