About the Role
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems for residential and small commercial properties, including duct rough-ins during framing phrases. Handle refrigerant recovery/charging, diagnostic testing, electrical components/controls, and system efficiency upgrades. Support construction/remodeling: assist with framing, exposed trusses, custom builds, drywall patching, minor plumbing/pipe fixes, and site prep.
Requirements
1+ year of verifiable hands on HVAC experience in residential and/or commercial settings, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
Strong knowledge of HVAC electrical components, controls, hydronic systems, refrigerant recovery, and diagnostic tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications/licenses
Experience with custom projects
Clean driving record and tools/vehicle for occasional use
Willingness to learn and grow. Opportunities for more responsibility, training, and advancement in a small, hands on team.
Experience with commercial HVAC, hydronic heating/cooling, or integration in custom residential builds.
